At Basque Beans Coffee, we value coffees that reflect both careful cultivation and thoughtful processing. This coffee comes from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, where coffee is grown at elevations between 1100–1700 meters in soils rich with clay minerals.

The beans are gully washed, dried in the sun, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to maintain the integrity of the coffee’s character. Roasted to a medium profile, the cup offers smooth caramel notes with a gentle citrus brightness.
