Shipping Policy – Misdirected, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package is in the possession of the carrier and tracking information has been provided to the customer, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the shipment.
Misdirected, Delayed, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, lost packages, or other delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect routing or misdelivery by the carrier
- Weather delays or service interruptions
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Theft or loss after delivery confirmation
Tracking and Assistance
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
If you need assistance, we are happy to provide supporting documentation; however, resolution and reimbursement decisions are made solely by the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Resolution
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please follow the carrier’s claim process. Any refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s investigation and outcome.
